I am an American Council of Exercise certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer who became interested in getting healthy when I had health issues while in my 20's. I quickly went from being physically active to experiencing fatigue, headaches, and poor sleep. I felt so terrible!
Up until then, I thought I could eat any kind of food and drink in my body and still live a great life. It didn't matter what I put in my body, as long as I burned the calories off with exercise, I thought. Well, I was wrong.
I studied to be a certified health coach and personal trainer and started cutting back on fried foods, sugar-laced foods, and heavily processed foods. I've even gone through phases of eating too healthily, eating too many whole grains and other commonly considered healthy foods. Through all of this, I have been able to find the appropriate balance of healthy and - less healthy - food.
I feel great now my energy levels are high, my sleep is deeper than ever, and my mindset is more positive than ever!
And now I cannot wait to pass on the joy of a healthy lifestyle to you!
